Pre Pay – Want flexibility to buy support when needed - Telephone, Remote & On-Site Support is available with a 4 hour SLA for £300.

Fixed – Want a fixed cost for IT Support -Telephone, Remote & On-Site Support is available with a 2 hour SLA at a fixed monthly fee of £120/Server, £13/PC & £40/Infrastructure.

Outsourced – Want a fixed cost for all your IT needs - Includes supply of all new Hardware, Software, Upgrades, broadband and Telephone, Remote & On-Site Support with a 2 hour SLA at a fixed monthly fee of £700/Server & £70/PC & £50/phone.

Disaster Recovery – Want peace of mind if the worst should happen - We supply a new dedicated Disaster Recovery Server located at our offices. We provide you with remote access to your company data and email within a 4 hour SLA at a fixed monthly fee of £300/Server.
